Cancellation & Order Change Policy

At Parascolart, we understand that customers may need to modify or cancel their orders after placing them. This policy outlines the conditions, timeframes, and limitations related to order cancellations and changes to ensure transparency and operational efficiency.

Because all orders are processed quickly to ensure timely delivery, requests for cancellations or changes are subject to strict time constraints and approval conditions. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below, as well as our Terms of Service and Return & Refund Policy.


1. Order Cancellation Window

Customers may request to cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it. This limited window allows our team to intercept the order before it enters processing or fulfillment.

After this period, orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment, and cancellation requests may no longer be possible.

Cancellation requests must be submitted through our Contact Us page with the correct order details for verification.


2. Conditions for Cancellation Approval

Cancellation requests are subject to review and may only be approved if the order has not yet entered processing or shipment stages.

Parascolart reserves the right to deny cancellation requests in the following situations:

  • The request is submitted after the 12-hour window
  • The order has already been processed or shipped
  • The order is flagged as high-risk or under verification

If a cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed according to our Return & Refund Policy.


3. Order Changes (Address, Items, or Details)

Customers may request changes to their order within the same 12-hour timeframe after placing it. This includes:

  • Shipping address corrections
  • Product size, color, or variation changes
  • Contact information updates

All change requests are subject to availability and operational feasibility. We cannot guarantee that all requested modifications can be applied.

Once an order has entered processing, changes may no longer be possible.


4. Address Accuracy & Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Parascolart is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses submitted by the customer.

If an incorrect address is identified after the order has been shipped, we are unable to modify the delivery. In such cases, customers may need to coordinate directly with the carrier.


5. Orders Already Shipped

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled or modified.

Customers who no longer wish to keep the item may initiate a return after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.


6. Processing & Operational Limitations

Our fulfillment system is designed to process orders quickly. As a result, there may be cases where cancellation or change requests cannot be completed even within the stated timeframe.

Parascolart reserves the right to prioritize operational efficiency and order accuracy when evaluating requests.


7. Refunds for Canceled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

8. Fraud Prevention & Abuse Policy

To maintain a fair and secure shopping environment, Parascolart monitors cancellation and modification patterns. Excessive or abusive requests may result in:
